Please respect these times, because Burncliff is a large property and so requires significant time for the cleaning and changeover process.
It may be possible to arrange baggage drop at Burncliff earlier than 16:00 on your arrival day, please contact the owner in advance to arrange.

Parking
Parking is available for 2 cars at the front of the house, next to the bridge.
For unloading luggage or shopping, follow the track up a small incline and around, through a gate to grass at the rear of the house.
The track is shared with our neighbours, so please do not block this route.

Children and babies
Burncliff has a travel cot (with mattress) and high chair available. Please indicate if you wish to use these on your booking request. Stairgates will also be installed.
Burncliff has a large enclosed garden at the rear.
There is a large garden at the front, but please note that this is bounded by an unfenced stream on one side. The driveway also opens onto a road, so please ensure that children are supervised.

The property is accessed by a short driveway. Front entrance is reached over a grass / pebble lawn and a small single step. Rear entrance is accessed from a level grass lawn and 2 stone steps.
There are 2 carpeted steps between kitchen and the rest of the ground floor.
There is a toilet at kitchen level, and another one in the bathroom at dining room / lounge level.
Bedrooms are accessed via a staircase with 12 steps, then a 90 degree turn onto a short short landing, then another 90 degree turn and 5 further steps. handrail in place on the left side for all steps.
Doors are all standard width and height

No Pets Policy
Unfortunately we do not currently allow pets to stay.
Allergies and Sensitivities: Many guests have sensitivities to pet hair or dander, and we want to ensure that all guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Pets require additional cleaning and we aim to keep the property in the best possible condition for all guests.
Property Maintenance: Pets, even well-behaved ones, can cause wear and tear on furniture, carpets, and other property features.
